Instructional
Design for Trainers Creating CBT
and
e-Learning
(2
Days) By Appointment Only
Description
Instructional
Design for Trainers Creating CBT and e-Learning will
teach you how to design screens that are easy to read, navigate
and are interesting to the user. We will teach you in this course
the psychology of how people learn so that when you construct
a screen, you will understand where to put graphics, movies,
text and navigation so that the user can have a pleasing learning
experience.
How
a screen is designed for an interactive training program such
as computer based training (CBT) and e-Learning is almost as
important as the material itself. If designed well, it will allow
the user to navigate through the title with ease and be able
to concentrate on learning the material. If designed poorly,
the user may not be able to understand what he/she is to do next,
or even read the lesson material presented.
Audience
This
2-day course is geared towards teachers, trainers, interface designers,
and developers that want to learn the principles and techniques of
creating great CBT and e-Learning.
